Nibex Return & Refund Policy

1. Revisions Policy

Our design plans include a set number of revision cycles, ensuring you receive polished designs within the agreed scope:

• Starter Spark - 1 revision cycle
• Project-Related Information: Project name, budget, specific requirements.
• Innovation Pro - 3 revision cycles
• Enterprise Design - Unlimited revisions within project scope
• Additional Revisions: Beyond your plan's limit, extra revisions are billed at $100/hour.
• Major Scope Changes: Any substantial change beyond the original agreement may require additional fees or a new contract.

2. Refund Policy

We offer partial refunds based on the progress of your project:

• Before Work Begins : 100% refund if canceled before design work starts.
• Early-Stage Cancellation (Within 3 Business Days of Project Start): 75% refund.
• After Initial Concepts Are Delivered:
  • Starter Spark & Design Booster: 50% refund if canceled after initial designs are shared.
  • Innovation Pro & Enterprise Design: Refunds are based on completed milestones (see cancellation terms below).
  • Custom Masterpiece: Refund policy depends on the custom contract terms.
• Non-Refundable Situations:
  • No refunds once final design files are delivered.
  • No refunds if cancellation occurs after the revision phase has started.
  • If a client is unresponsive for 14+ days, the project will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.

3. Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project, please provide a written notice via email. The following terms apply:

• Before Work Begins: No charges, full refund.
• Within the First 3 Business Days: 75% refund.
• After Initial Work Begins: A kill fee of 30% of the total project cost applies.
• Midway or Later Stages : Refunds will be calculated based on completed milestones, and any unpaid work will be invoiced accordingly.

For Innovation Pro, Enterprise Design, and Custom Masterpiece Plans, refunds are based on milestone completion:

• 25% completion: 75% refund
• 50% completion: 50% refund.
• 75%+ completion: No refunds available

Custom Masterpiece Cancellation: Due to its tailored nature, cancellation and refund policies will be outlined in the custom contract based on the agreed scope, budget, and progress.

Nibex reserves the right to cancel a project in cases of:

• Client misconduct or breach of contract.
• Excessive scope changes beyond the agreed terms.
• Non-payment or prolonged unresponsiveness.
